We then convert it into a readable format for the embroidery machine to sew the design directly onto the finished garments. Proper digitizing takes considerable skill and experience, thus this is the root of the design. If your designs are not properly digitized, the logo will not look its best. Digitizing is usually a separate charge and typically has a cost range of about $25 and up, depending on the intricacy of the design. The actual cost of the design itself depends on the size and the stitch count. This entire process is done in our facility, which provides you with a very fast turnaround. Embroidery typically has a minimum order requirement by our competitors, but with us there is no minimum. Embroidery can be installed virtually on any material.
